  • Tom Lewis

    Tom is a former professional athlete with 5 years of experience competing at the elite level in rugby union, along with a short spell in Great Britain’s track cycling programme. Throughout his sporting career, he developed a deep understanding of high-performance environments and personally navigated the physiological demands of ACL surgery before successfully returning to elite sport, in better shape than he was before the injury.

    Following his retirement from professional sport, Tom pursued academic studies to further his knowledge and contribute to the development of athletes. He completed a degree in Sport Science, followed by a Master's in Strength & Conditioning and Biomechanics.

    Today, he applies this unique combination of practical experience and academic expertise to support athletes across a range of levels and sports. Whether through coaching, movement analysis, or applied research, Tom’s goal is to help individuals reach their full athletic potential.

  • Tom Bradley

    Tom has 20 years of experience working with elite and recreational athletes including Championship and Premiership Rugby in the UK, Serie A football in Italy and ATP, WTA, Davis Cup, Grand slam and Olympic tennis athletes. Tom has led multidisciplinary sports medicine teams in both professional sport and private sports medicine. He believes in treating the root cause of any problem, and treating it hard.

    Tom established and leads Come Back Club Shoreditch to bring the mentality and expertise found in elite sport to everyone.

  • Conrad Kalinowski

    Conrad is a highly experienced personal trainer and performance coach with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals. He specializes in strength training, injury prevention, and creating customized programs to enhance sprint speed and agility.

    Kalinowski has significant experience working with elite athletes, particularly in the field of athletics. His extensive background includes over 8 years as a pole vault coach, including coaching at the international level. This experience highlights his ability to guide athletes toward peak performance through expert training and mentorship.

  • Abbie Hawkins

    Abbie is a recently graduated Osteopath with a strong passion for athletic rehabilitation. Drawing on her background as a track and field athlete, she brings a hands-on, athlete-centered approach to her work. Abbie has quickly built a diverse portfolio, working across the sporting spectrum—from youth and professional footballers to Olympic-level track and field athletes and distance runners of all abilities. She combines precise biomechanical assessment with holistic treatment techniques to deliver balanced, comprehensive care that supports all aspects of human performance and recovery.
